My name is Nichole. I am current 4th year MD student in Boston. I made these med school trackers based on a MCAT tracker I made for my younger sister who was studying for the MCAT. She was shocked and begged me to sell it online.
How long did it take you to make it?
From start to finish, I spent ~8 months on it. While making it, there were automations I wanted but I didn't know how to do, so I bought 3 different courses on Google Sheets from Udemy to make it perfect. I hope you like it!
Do you give refunds?
Yes of course! If you don't like it after using for a few days, let me know and I'll refund you.
Do I need to make an account?
No way! I am just as tired as you are of new accounts and passwords. As long as you have a google account, you are good to go.
Are there different colors?
I can customize the colors for you :) Here are some of the designs: showcase. Since it a lot of time to do properly, I have to charge $5 to customize the colors. Just email me at [email protected] or add it at checkout.

Go to the "Exam Date" sheet, and enter your exam date.
Go to the Month 1 sheet at the bottom.
Select the month and year.
Start filling in your study plan.
Start studying :)
My Recommendations

Go through the sheets and add the months till your Step 1 Exam month. Rename the sheets accordingly e.g. "July 2024"

Work backwards from your exam date filling in NBME exams.
Then, add any plans that will hinder studying e.g. vacations/trips.
Then, fill in UWorld questions and include target number of questions you want to do per day.
Then add content (BnB/Sketchy/Pathoma)
Working backwards from practice exams -> practice questions -> content review will help you prioritize what matters most.
